    Great interview. I'm struck by what he said about the industry no longer being about expensive pens, since that's originally what kept me away from the idea of fountain pens. I set out around a year ago to start journaling, I wondered what the nicest thing I could write with was and eventually just arrived at fountain pens, so of course I said to myself "I'll just get one really good pen and that's it, fountain pens are for rich people!". Then I discovered the Kaweco Sport and was like "wait a second, this isn't actually that expensive", then eventually I'm watching the Goulet Pencast and whatnot and my desk is covered in cheap demonstrator pens full of ink that cost as much as the damn pen did. Just inked up my first Charlie today and while I don't like the EF/F nib it seems to have, it's easily the nicest F I've ever used and it was free. I'm probably going to get another 3.5oz Noodler's just to get another one, that and I hope nothing ever happens to Nathan and he lives forever, otherwise I will run out of the best violet ink ever.

    Thank you for doing and posting this interview! I first became aware of Noodlers when I bought a bottle of Bay State Blue, my favorite blue ink! Than I found out it is somewhat waterproof. And now I’m fascinated with such durable inks. I will probably end up purchasing every one of Nathen’s inks, I am fascinated by the brand! Nathen certainly does great work!

    You can always tell guys that use noodler's inks and pens by their beefy forearms. They love using their pens. 💪

    I just watched all four of your videos with Nathan Tardif. All entertaining, he shares wonderful anecdotes, I don't regret the time spent I spent watching, and yet I still have no idea how he decided to get into the ink business :-;

    -Please do not make the same mistake I did. It appears that Pure Pens does not support Nathan, they do not. The only companies that truly support him are Vanness Pens, Dromgooles, jet pens, Pen lovers and Paradise, Artist, and Craftsman Supply. I received this information from a high level person who would know. Nothing bad against Pure Pens because I bought hundreds of dollars with them and they treated me great. I just thought you should know the truth.-

      Did it ever occur to you that Nathan was putting horns on images of powerful men not because of their religion, but because of their malicious influences on the American financial system and the fiscal security of current and future generations? You know... the stuff Nathan has been vocal about for years and years now?

      @@theKashConnoisseur I understand 100% what the images represented. You should probably educate the people on Reddit and Mr. and Mrs. Goulet, the people who decided to fck up a one man business by creating this disgusting image of Mr. Tardif that has nothing to do with him or has any truth. Let me educate you about myself. I am a proud American and I am not ashamed to say out loud that I am a Republican that lives in a very RED state and believes in the constitution and will exercise my rights. I have agreed with everything Nathan has ever said publicly. I am also a major Trump supporter and have been since I was a little girl in the early eighties. Yes, that also makes me very much Gen X , nuff said. Here is a fact that will probably blow your head off. I have a BS and a MBA in accounting. I have been an auditor for a long time -State Gov-Federal Gov-Public. I understand how the Federal Reserve works - BTW they are not an agency/entity for the federal gov. They are a very secretive entity that has a lot of power. The "audits" that are performed are an absolute joke, because they own the gov. That's a fact jack! I know this first hand and why I don't work for the fed gov any longer. I think Nathan was being kind by only putting horns on the images, because I would not be so nice. I HATE them for what they have done with my country and all the powers they have and I don't give a sht what religion, race, pronouns, or the type of toilet paper they use. I believe Mr. Tardif would agree. But like other current defamation cases have shown facts do not matter and you are guilty until proven innocent and that is not how it used to work. Depp, Manson, Trump also destroyed by lies. I am sick of the small percentage of people, mostly liberals and millennials that want to change things and think they know everything because they watch CNN and do not know how to research. Soooo before you assume you know who you are talking to maybe just keep scrolling because you obviously do not know who you are talking to or think I would even care what you think. Thank you for the comment and have a great day!

      @@poppyglow I just replied to this idiotic comment on another post so I'll copy my reply here.
      Your comment reads like you are calling out companies that supported Nathan for further boycott, so before you start writing books of vitriol, perhaps you should examine how you state things in the future. It's amusing that you end by stating you don't care, after writing an entire novel about it. Also, nobody cares about who you claim to be.
      It's funny, apparently we agree on how terrible it was how Nathan was treated (you even responded favorably to my comment on Nathan's latest video), and yet with this completely unhinged reply you've lost all of my goodwill. In fact, your level of unhinged vitriol serves to weaken any cause you seek to support. I am ashamed to have people like you share my political beliefs.
