I knew some idiots who were vegetarians. They had two cats, and they forced the cats to have vegetarian diet. After around two years, both cats went blind, as meat contains taurine, essential for the retina, and cats need meat more than people. Like John Wayne said in "The Alamo" (1960) ---"Meat for supper!" Vegetarian chili, no thanks.
