Id like to see it but its a delicate balance and they could ruin everything.
Nah, just add manpads
It's an interesting idea, yet it's down to how to balance something like that effectively. Quick solution off the top of my head would be giving infantry access to manpads to consistently counter an attack helicopter when already existing Anti-Aircraft options are either unavailable or neutralized by Opfor.
@@Drongo_Bongo I agree with you. Although attack helicopters wouldn’t have advance weapons, just rockets and a gun but no more.

Man, I'd love to see a match with no choppers or armor and instead several IFVs per team. Like a US Army vs. VDV game with Bradleys and Strykers against BTR-Ds and BMPs. High mobility/high damage vehicles either roaming or actually fighting in proper combined arms with infantry, either way would be a hoot!

Do you have a video of Squad lingo like " cap, rally, etc"?
Cap = Capture objective
Rally = Spawn point for the squad
What else do you want to know?
To add to what deslow already said:
Main= Starting base and garrison rapid spawn point for each team
FOB= Forward Operating Base, basically a garrison spawn point but outside main
Radio= forward spawn point for the team with a bit longer respawn timer than garrisons
Attack FOB= Radio with some fortifications, like barriers and MGs, setup between a main FOB and the next objective
ATGMs= anti-tank guided missiles, self-explanatory
Logi= short for logistics vehicle, basically a truck that is used to bring resources onto the field from Main. Ammo is required to resupply gun positions and mounted ATGMs as well as vehicle weapons, while build is required to, well, build anything
I'm not sure what other jargon he may have used in the video, but feel free to ask about any other terms you're unsure of.

I'm wondering if anyone else is having this issue but I've tried playing Squad a few times after the new update with the Turks and the game will only let me play for up to 15 minutes tops before crashing for whatever reason without there being any warning or deterioration in quality or framerate. Just *freeze for 2 seconds* -> *close* -> "Something went wrong, send crash data." Has anyone encountered this problem and know of a fix? I've uninstalled the game which is a bummer since its worked and I've enjoyed playing it for the past 3 years now.
before uninstalling the game did you try verifying the game through steam and resetting the cache in game?
@@thegamerboy1000 I verified the game it steam said everything was alright. I'm not sure how to reset the cache in game though.
Are you using dx12? What's your graphic preset?
@@deflatedballoon1104 when you go into the settings at the bottom it should have a button called “clear game cache”.
I just thought of this as well but it could also be your video drivers if you’ve updated them recently. You can try uninstalling the current one and reinstalling it to see if that fixes it or you could roll it back to previous driver that was working before.
