Maty was very grateful to BKS Iyengar for introducing her to restorative yoga and props. It would have been nice of Kia to acknowledge where the concept of alignment and props comes from. All yoga traditions have been adopting Iyengar yoga principles yet very few acknowledge that. It would be an act of gratitude. It would also show the practice of satya and asteya.

I think she's just being herself, everyone's journey's is very different and she seems to have learned from very good teachers. In my opinion satya and asteya are principles that come very natural once you rest that sense of self in your heart, so if you feel like expressing something in particular you'll do so. The conflict and grasping is usually in, and coming from Ahamkara. To know this is very liberating. Remember that yoga is really about freedom, you get all the knowledge from yoga and at the top of the mountain you'll have to let go of everything you thought you knew.

Everybody should be allowed to express themselves how they want, without being judged in any way how they should refer to anybody or anything. She wonderfully expresses her experiences and her thoughts -very much appreciate that.
