- Tekken Tag tournament 2 is a bit unusual when it came to DLC character.Instead of downloading DLC, you must update the game and connect to the PSN.
If you for some reason can't connect to PSN, then this one's for you.
Just download the file in the comments (it's seems to be an modified 1.03 update file) and the characters will be unlocked. The file also seems to be unlocking all the ending movie in the gallery.
NOTE:This file only works on Japanese version of TTT2 (BLJS10187)

yo it actually worked I've got all the dlc characters just by downloading the PKG file and installing it in the ps3 thank you I just checked that my game is bljs
is the games disc required or will it also work with a rom downloaded online, because i donwloaded the europe version and usa version and installed their respective pkgs for the 1.03 update but they didnt seem to unlock the characters like unknown, slim bob, sebastian, doctor b, miharu and violet can you help pls?
I don't know about those version.If you can connect to PSN,try to log in.

I’m confused, you quit the game and then you immediately had the files and didn’t show us how to get those files downloaded and also can you tell us what you mean by Japanese version, plz explain everything I want the characters so bad
Well, i didn't show how to get those files because there's a download link in comment. You just transfer it to your ps3
About the version, if you're playing it on multiman, you can see the region(blus is american, bles european and bljs is japanese).
Or, if you play and see the japanese text(the one with picture of Asuka) , it's the japanese version

@@Ziellyy you don't do it from your PS3.
1.Download the pkg file using your phone
2.transfer it to your PS3(hdd0://packages) via FTP(there's tutorial about that)
3.install the pkg file on your ps3
And by the way, is your PS3 jailbroken? if not then you can't do it.

Where did you download the japan version if I may ask?? It's really frustrating that I cannot unlocked the online pass characters😭 I only have the BLES version (europe)
I'm buying an PS3 from some shop in my workplace, and it came with this game in it.
By the way,can you login to PSN? If you can then you can just login and then download the game updates

Prosesnya agak ribet, but what I did is that I change the region from BLES to BLJS.
Agak ribet prosesnya bang, but I'm glad it's working😂, Jadi memang waktu itu make external buat mindahin file nya dari file manager multiman, trus di edit dri laptop make PS3 tools (download dri internet) for this game I only edit the param sfo file (ada juga yang harus diedit beberapa filenya, it depends on some games).
Kalo udah diedit file param.sfo nya tinggal dimasukkin aja (in this case I paste the modified param file into the existing one in my PS3)
Trus pas udah tinggal download file yg ada di video ini

My PS3 is jailbroken(cfw to be exact)
And no, this one isn't official.
The official way is to update the game yourself and login to PSN to unlock these characters.

Update the game(press triangle at the game list) and login to PSN. The characters should be unlocked.

Is your game inside multiman? select the game and press Triangle, it gonna show your the serial code
(BLJS/BJLM is japan, BLES is Europe and BLUS is USA)

Are your ps3 CFW or OFW? If the former you can just download it into a flash drive and install it .
If the later, just connect to PSN.
