It's called AC Pumpdown Bro❤❤❤This is the correct way of Ac service once a year..
Full parts remove panni service panna on a avarege in Chennai PPL are charging between ₹1200 - ₹1600 .
• To avoid gas leakage issue appearing every year while installing tell them to use single piece of copper pipe that connects outer door to indoor avoid welding of that pipe and use single piece pipe and reduce the indoor to outdoor distance to max possible so the copper pipe length will be less .
• Proper installation of copper pipe is must .
• Old type AC which uses 402 gas will be less efficient than new AC's that uses 32 gas .
• IF you going to buy AC below 1.5 ton buy non inverter AC . The

I recommend cleaning the filter monthly once if you're using it frequently. This way you can reduce the dust accumulation in the condenser part. Removing the entire AC is not recommended unless otherwise needed. Removing the entire AC will lead to gas leaks and some other failures not on the same day but earlier soon.

A PCB's job is to convert the AC voltage coming through your wall outlet into DC voltage that can be used by your devices and appliances. In my case PCB of OG failed and fan did not work and the technician told me that the fan motor failed and it was replaced. New fan motor did not work. Then they checked PCB No DC supply from PCB which was replaced as it was within warranty period. I unnecessarily paid RS 3700 for fan motor ! Had they checked PCB earlier I would not have incurred a loss of money It happened last year
