7029 Clun Castle on the Polar Express 2023

Vintagetrains’ annual Polar Express with BR(w) Castle 7029 ‘Clun Castle’ doing the honours. This year the trains were ran between Birmingham Moor Street to Dorridge and Birmingham Moor Street to Whitlocks End, offering the chance to see GWR steam on the North Warwick’s line as well as at speed on the Chiltern Mainline. The weather was on side with some days being below minus and other days clear skies and full sun.
