  • Dr.Gaurav focuses on how believing in a single identity doesn’t allow us to be anything apart from what we make ourself believe we are. As a result, we never end up living the life we want to live. He believes, one should first decide what kind of life he/she wants and then once that is decided, one can very well figure out what are the identities one can pursue in order to have that life. Dr. Gaurav Deka is known as a Transpersonal Regression Therapist. Though he has a background in psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive neuroscience, his most favorite and practiced skill is to take people to past lives. Because he found the stethoscope is too heavy to be hanging around his neck, and to break away from the mundane life in the hospital, he studied Reincarnation and Regression Therapy; that which he combines as a holistic practice with his medical and psychological base. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

"if I can be so many things and identities at the same time does it actually matter what I am today?"
    I want to remember this.

Every life time matters. Think of it as a classroom, we learn, we grow. We gloryify the divinity that we are. Be blessed.

What a beautiful message! Ask yourself what kind of life do you want to live instead of choosing an identity.

Dr .. at 4:15, Not just the human body but all living creatures' bodies do disintegrate when they die.. isn't that the very definition of death?? What was it about this process that awakened your "rational thinking mind" I wonder???

What he said is nothing new....whatever u choose to be should be able to generate u income which again leads u to a work bound worker....but not a free spirit at will...I found nothing new....also I clicked dis expecting something he says about past life....which he mentions only once
