Heyy, have you looked into your gut health? That might be affecting acne? I started fasting a bit which helped reset my gut and also cleared my skin. As long as fasting is done in a healthy way I found it effective for skin clearing. Also eating no sugars - including fruits (the hardest part haha) helped me get my skin back on track
