    As a Goan I can clarify that we Goans are not superiority to anyone. Yes, It's true that sometimes we do mistreat the domestic tourists but there's always reason behind it. What would you do when you have drunk guests abusing restaurant staffs? Driving cars on beaches, Causing damage to rented cars because they were drunk...?
    Also...Goan food isn't "hyped" as you call it. In Goa we have vast cuisine that includes all type of dishes that dates back hundreds of years. We Goans respect our land & our community so should you.

    Baliji, good morning, hope you had real fun at Goa. I was just wondering how you could enjoy water sport during monsoon as it is forbidden during monsoon. Anyway, nice coverage on varieties of seafood. I also request you to show seafood joints that are bit economical and affordable to all class of people. Some may not afford to visit the restaurant you visited and relished Rs.2000 tiger prawn for example. There must be joint serving same at a reasonable price too. This is just a suggestion. I would like your vlog to be liked by people of all economic background. Job well done. Best wishes.
    Sanjay

      @drtantri Před 5 lety +2

      Unfortunately not. Tiger prawn or lobster will cost you something arround that even in shacks. You might get a 100 or 200 rs less but trust me taste will differ in this high end restaurant yyou always will get tasty and fresh seafood. But thats not assured in all smaller placea.

    • @visa2explore
      @visa2explore  Před 5 lety +4

      thanks for writing in, yes i had great time in Goa...
      My take on this...
      A. water sports- it was available on river, not on sea... i also did Flyboarding in North Goa....
      B. Expensive sea food - yes i opted for expensive stuff at better off restaurant bcoz i didn't want to take risk.... you read about formalin... fine dining restaurants they buy high sell high... Formalin case... you read about it... seems missed...
      so i didn't want to take any chance....who has seen this fish how it reaches the joint... you have to just trust....
      but yes this was out of my pocket but then i had to equate for myself what is my preference.. i decided in favour of cleanliness and trust....

    • @visa2explore
      @visa2explore  Před 5 lety +3

      True - i think freshness has role to play here... like lobster will cost you minimum Rs 1500 this size.. even cheapest of the place in Goa... its rate is Rs 4 per Gram... so one kg would be about Rs 4k.....
      now someone who sells cheap can be Rs 2.5 per gram but i think hard to find it cheaper...then rest you pay for food how they cook it. fine dining experience.....

      @@visa2explore Yes generally speaking lobster is expensive based on availability, season/non season etc. when compared to other seafood. The best catch probably gets exported even since demand is stipulated locally because of high cost

    Happy boss, made my day.
    I had taken drinks in small shacks ,luckily there was local Goan music group enjoying their drinks with guitars and other instruments . I had life time experience of 3 hrs best spend .. their music is unique and makes you very happy . No wonder Goa is the place where the most happy people live in India irrespective of money .They have bindast attitude .
