Making Egghead Luffy’s Rocket Boots! ~ [ One Piece Cosplay Tutorial]

Made these for a con back in may and after I got so many questions on my tik tok videos following the process, I thought I show yall a bit more behind the scenes! Hope this helps or inspires you to make something of your own! :))

What are the materials you used

Well, I didn't keep a full list since most of it was leftover from other projects buuut...
- EVA foam mat - for the soles and the handles
- Roll of 5mm high density EVA foam - for the sides
- "display"?? foam - (idk what it is called it was from the trash...) for building the shape
- Styrofoam half circles - for the front ball things
- foam clay - to smooth out any seams
- mod podge - for priming the foam and smoothing out texture
- red glossy spray paint
- LOTS OF HOT GLUE
- Yellow fabric - for the socks (I used the same material I used for the shorts which is kind of stretchy but I don't think it needs to be.)
