1 cup sugar
2 tbsp orange zest
Mix them with hand
Add 3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup oil
3 eggs
Beat with whisk
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
Vanilla essence
3/4 tsp baking powder
Mix all
Bake for 60 minutes at 175°C

Yes, he used 2 1/2 cup flour, which made cake dense it looked soft but it turns out dense. I always make it reducing the flour to 2 cups as ruby ji did.
