avocado - half ripe
banana - half ripe
2 LUNCH for 7 months baby
RECIPE #1 - BUTTERNUT SQUASH PUREE for 7 months baby
Ingredients:
Butternut squash - half cup ( or 100 gms )
water - 1 cup ( or 200 ml )
RECIPE #2 - DAL & PUMPKIN PUREE for 7 months baby
Ingredients:
dal ( mung dal / yellow lentil ) - 1 tbsp
pumpkin - 1/2 cup

Very nice recipe. My baby is also 7.5 months old. Should I feed him twice or thrice a day? And you mentioned 3 tbsp per eating, is it the same spoon which you are showing in the video?
