This is audial hell on earth. I have it since the beginning and I thought it was common for everyone to hear a fucking high tone voice inside their heads 7/24/365. EVERY FUCKING SECOND OF YOUR LIFE until I realized the bitter truth. it gets even worse at nights trying to sleep because you have to concentrate on blank thoughts generally and it just intensifies the force of the noise. Sometimes it feels like it gonna blow my eardrums.
anyways I'm too trying to find a cure or at least a light remedy to this. I'm thinking about gradually equaling and lowering the pitch by listening to lower pitches over long time. that was why I'm here.

I have unilateral hearing loss and it blows. I can hear 16k in my left ear but my right ear drops out completely at 10.5k. The ringing is maddening
this is my tinnitus-frequency i hear all day long...
as do i...been living with it for so long, i don't know when it started...going to doctor to see if there is anything to be done with it

I don't hear anything. But, I've got tinnitus in both ears.
I have hearing loss at this below 30 and 40 decibels apparently... I can't say I am unhappy!
