I just played Apex again two days ago after not playing for 9 months. I felt so disappointed in myself after not playing as well as I used to. Thanks for making me feel better Zeus.

The average player gets better the longer the game is out don’t let it disappoint you you just have to shake a little rust off

The hardest part for me is the match making as a solo queuer. At this point, I might play twice a week at most and still most of the time have to carry my teammates/win 1 v 3 situations cause they can't get a single knock. Or plain stupid mistakes like splitting up, and then you have to make the choice of who to play with and who to "abandon. " And the duos in ranked.. I dread getting them. I'd rather play with other solos.

Nah the biggest problem with apex ATM has gotta be audio for me, hearing 1 set of footprints only to peak into an entire team or just ppl not having any audio at all including gunshot audio, its just so stupid and I don't know how its been in this game so long

Honestly, I think it's mainly the sens change. If you play any other game solidly for a while and then come back to Apex, the sensitivity change is just... Massive. I took a break from Apex and did a couple run throughs of Elden Ring, came back and was like, "woah, woah, woahhh. Was this always my sensitivity?!"😅. Nothing had changed, but it sure felt like it did. Had to get used to my sens again.
Good or bad plays, youre still amazing to watch :) when you played Horizon and went around telling your teammates there's a support crate your gonna open was hilarious 😂 also "you can't shield swap with Sheila?!" 😅
I HAVE TO SAY IVVE HAD A HOORIBLE EXPERIENCE, FIRST OF ALL THE GAME APEX LEGENDS WONT LET U PROCEED TO BATTLE ARENA UNTIL U VLEAR THE TEDIOUS TRAINING SCHED SCHEDULES, IT BECOMES VERY VERY FRUSTRATING UR JUST JUMPING AND MOVING AROUND WAITING FOR THETRAING TO BE CLEARED AND MOVE ON THE BATTLE ARENA AND PLAY THE GAME, U...AND UNLINKE FORTNITE AND VALORANT, PUBG, THEY DONT HAVE SUCH EXHAUSTING TRAING SCHEDULES ---FEED BACK TO APEX LEGENDS - REMOVE THE TRAING PART, LET THE PLAYERS PLAY PEACEFULLY IN BATTLE ARENA.

Thanks for this Zeus. I started playing Apex on day one of release. I stopped for about a year and a half and just got back into it. I am complete trash now. I do enjoy that the OG map is back though.

The longest break I have ever taken is 5 days, and as a week 1 player, I can say this game is extremely difficult unless you spend 8+ hours a day and you still will get one clipped a majority of the time. I am still here as a casual player because I like the pain. BTW, the highest rank ever achieved is gold 2. Oh too be young again.

It be like that. I don’t know how long you didn’t play for, but I’ll go like a month without playing Apex and when I get back on, I cannot aim for shit but after a few games, it all comes back little by little.

Apex is really hard for sure...big skill gap in the game, the more you put in, the more you get out. I also recently got back, been grinding and finally dropped my first 20bomb 4k game last night for my main - been back 1 month with new account since being off for more than a year. What I love about apex is how rewarding it is when you improve. You get rewarded for dropping high kill games with badges you show off, or ranked badges you can show off, no other game does that like apex does with its banner system. Every day I get on I play for badges, to improve KD, to get WINS OBVIOUSLY but to also how off my wins, and kills' and badges...People get to see your hard work in this game and it gives you a sense of self achievement and accomplishment .This game has its problems but I still rate it as one of the most rewarding gaming experiences out there if you are up for it.

There’s a trick to make it so you don’t have to play against Apex predators. Ever since I started the “trick” the game became so much more fun. The game shouldn’t punish you for a win. And for me it doesn’t 😈 FYI on console and in no way a cheat or a aim assist hookup thing. Now the highest rank I play against is diamonds. Like myself. So much more fun

I play infrequently and every game i play in silver is won by a diamond/master player. Feels like my teammates are actual silver players getting insta 1 clipped by players that shouldnt even be in silver games.
A diamond/master player should never decay below platinum.
