Sir, some employees had applied through their employer sent their applications for higher pention in the year May 2019. It was accepted by the EPFO office in their respected branches whatever the basis were settled at that time. But after paying to say 25000+ pensioners they stopped it and balance application kept pending with a plea that the case is pending in the court These cases were before 2014 pensioners. The case they refered pending in the court was pentlsioners after 2014. But our case of pensioners before 2014 we're sent back to our employer later as rejected against case pending of after 2014 pensioners for applying for higher pension. Now my question is as we had applied once in 2019 for higher pension and were returned will be eligible for higher pension automatically or not. Or what govt is planning to give increased pensionto all the pensionerswhat who so ever is a pensioner will be benefitted. Please clarify. I shall be highly obliged

Yu are very correct.I have deposited demand amount in the month of Aug2023 and waiting for implementation higher pension.l have deposited the above amount by surrendering my life time saving in Various schemes after my retirement in 2017.Now my monthly income is stopped and higher pension is not implemented,I am penniless,even no money to buy my monthly medicines.Hence,I donot have any faith in epfo and this present govt.

It's ok that epfo extends time for submission of pay data calculations by employers and joint options issue by epfo, but it's totally unjust in delay of paying arrears and higher pension to those who have remitted crores of rupees as pension corpus. Sir, some employees had applied through their employer sent their applications for higher pention in the year May 2019. It was accepted by the EPFO office in their respected branches whatever the basis were settled at that time. But after paying to say 25000+ pensioners they stopped it and balance application kept pending with a plea that the case is pending in the court These cases were before 2014 pensioners. The case they refered pending in the court was pentlsioners after 2014. But our case of pensioners before 2014 we're sent back to our employer later as rejected against case pending of after 2014 pensioners for applying for higher pension. Now my question is as we had applied once in 2019 for higher pension and were returned will be eligible for higher pension automatically or not. Or what govt is planning to give increased pensionto all the pensionerswhat who so ever is a pensioner will be benefitted. Please clarify. I shall be highly obliged

Yu are very correct.I have deposited demand amount in the month of Aug2023 and waiting for implementation higher pension.l have deposited the above amount by surrendering my life time saving in Various schemes after my retirement in 2017.Now my monthly income is stopped and higher pension is not implemented,I am penniless,even no money to buy my monthly medicines.Hence,I donot have any faith in epfo and this present govt.
I m really worried about similar cases. That's really sad to hear sir .

It's ok that epfo extends time for submission of pay data calculations by employers and joint options issue by epfo, but it's totally unjust in delay of paying arrears and higher pension to those who have remitted crores of rupees as pension corpus. For every issue, seeking court derivatives is unfair!

सर आपने ये विडियो बहुत अच्छा बनाया है इस विडियो को ईपीएफओ तथा सरकार दोनो को देखना चाहिए।सर मेने तथा मेरे साथियों ने डिमांड लेटर के हिसाब से ईपीएफओ में पैसा जमा कर दिया ही वो भी ब्याज में लेकर तीन महीने हो गए है पैसा जमा किए हुवे ।तीन महीने से महाजन को ब्याज का पैसा चुका रहे है सोचा था कि हायर पेंशन का एरियर मिलेगा तो वो पैसा महाजन को वापस कर देंगे पर यहां तो दूर दूर तक कुछ पता ही नही है।आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद अपने ये विडियो बनाया।🙏
