My CRS is ready for this, very excited!
My body is ready I just got one over the weekend and have been running Johnny lui’s custom game packages. The guy did a lot for the community while waiting for something like this.
I also got the egret mini 2 and got batocera up as well. Between those two machines, plus the neo geo mini, and my steam deck, I’m in gaming heaven. Last thing to get will be a Bartop build.

The current hack is great too but some CPS1 games like Final Fight, King of Dragons, Mega Twins and Airwing Carrier don't allow continues upon losing all lives, I tested all available FBA 2016, 2017 and NEO ROMs of the games, bootlegs included and it's the same on all of them.
I hope this new hack allows access to Dip Switches, screen rotation options and even control remapping.
8 months on…. Still staying tuned :) hehe

No updates, at this point I’d consider it cancelled.

No ETA but the work is getting close to returning to the device. There’s been an lot of intentional learning on other devices to bring back the knowledge to the CRS, Arcade Stick Pro and MVSX

I have a question, to the current hack.
I have a few Roms here that run really well, unfortunately the picture is upside down. Is there a way to rotate the image through the emulator?

Probably never or it will be like the Egret 2 Mini/Astro City Mini - a few preliminary releases and then abandoned.
@Evilkingus the important thing is all of those projects are open-sourced which means anyone with the ability can take it on and continue/improve upon the foundation.
