I like the fact that it is surrounded rich nature which will provide continuous flow of fresh air plus a peace of mind. I love that really. Nowadays you find a lot of expensive houses or mansion are too stunning but they are lacking the basic thing; NATURE! In some there's not even a single tree. Sorry if that came out bad.

Who did this lean to, Caribbean/West Indian, shack, rustic, village design on the ceiling, roofing in the bedrooms, starting at 4:26-4:27 of this video and further on in the other bedrooms? It looks great, almost exact replicas but it is heavily influenced from poverty constructions found in villages and houses in some Caribbean countries.

Open house tours like these tend to feel impersonal so it might be easier to imagine yourself in it, as opposed to seeing a lot of knick knacks from somebody else, which would make it feel like visiting a neighbor’s house.

Initially I loved the house then saw the upstairs & this did not match the nice big open space like downstairs. The corrugated roof with small bedrooms was a let down. Looks like there were more bathrooms then bedrooms. Cactus tiling was random & surprisingly there is no double sink in the master suite
