My house only leaks from a attic vent it's not rated for Texas rainfall!! My house has some of the contractors listed under the kitchen sink it's Dr Horton it's decent. The shingles are cheap on these houses though.

@4:22 I've seen a lot of arguments about testing showers leaks (missing shower pan). Do you guys test new shower builds as well as old ones to check for this shower pan even if it may leak into lower floor?

Yes, We check the shower pan on every tile property. The argument is the shower pan is going to leak no matter what. It is best we find the issue first before it becomes a burden to our clients.
