Enjoyed this video! We just got off SOS this past week and would agree with most of this! The one part that was different for me was the Lamb Wellington from 150 Central Park. Similar to your experience, I struggled choosing between the Venison and the Lamb Wellington. Server recommended the Venison so I just went with that, but then he surprised me with the Lamb Wellington. I was incredibly grateful! Loved the Venison, but found the puff pastry around the lamb was more bready than flaky (if that makes sense). I did provide the feedback, to which the server said it was definitely not meant to be bready so he apologized and shared the feedback with the kitchen. And seeing that you enjoyed your Lamb Wellington a lot, appears this may have just been a one time occurrence, so I won't hold it against them, especially since I enjoyed everything else at 150 so much and would definitely return!
