where have you been all this time !!!! I'm almost done with the course and this is when I get such a great explanation??? Thank you !
Have been confused for days... Thanks to you explanation, all my confusion has been drastically reduced... Thanks Sir!
We got a lot of information from ur videos 👌👌👌👌👌
Thanksអគុណបង👍👏
ur videos are helpful for facing the interview
really helpful video! Thank you very much
I am teaching Power Systems as an emergency backup prof. I am like the Prof. version of a CB DS combination. Thanks for the helpful video I will show to my class!
Glad it helped! 😇
Perfect
nicely explained dear
Thank you so much
It clarifies all the doubts...got to understand so easily.
Thank you ☺️ do share and subscribe to my channel ☺️✌🏻
Hon. Very good.
thank you very much sir
Great 👍
Nice explaination.. if you provided pictures of both components it wd be more perfect
Perfect we learn more from ur videos. Make video on Sf6 gas and switch gear short video

Hi
I have a home theater and i have a indivual breakers ..1 rcd and 1 surge protection devices ..all dedicated just for the home theater..i want to remove as less interference and noise and have clean power as possible so i was wondering if i should get a seperate isolator as well ? Will that potentially stop any interference and noise etc coming and produce clean power?
very well explained..
Thanks 😊 do share and subscribe to my channel 😊
Just started a substation job and this is helping me understand a little bit better
Great!! Also you can check out below course

I really like your videos. My interest in substation primary and secondary systems. It will be awesome if you post some videos of relays and auxiliary systems in substation and how to do setting for MICOM, RELION AND SIPROTEC relays.
Thank you my friend. I’ll try to post videos on the topics you have suggested.. !
Great explanation 👍⚡⚡⚡
Thanks 😊 do share and subscribe to my channel ✌🏻👍🏻😊
Thx
provide videos for why we are using delta connection in transmission side and start connected in distribution side
Excellent
Thanks

Hello Sir. Thanks for the video, although I have a question: you said that circuit breakers operate automatically, but I'm studying a Protection Systems course and we've learnt that it is a relay what trips the circuit breaker. So, when you said that a circuit breaker was automatic, were you also considering its relay?
Yes, of course. It operates on relay command .
@@GauravJ Thanks!
Brother relay is the brain of CB
Use a disconnector for discharging a high voltage transformer when a circuit beraker is connected before a large high voltage arcing going to stopped
Sir, u r The master of electrical field . One doubt 4:28 in video u said close the disconnector for continue the bus So obviously current flowing through disconnector so why at starting u said there is no for normal current & fault current ( off load Switch ) How ?. Sir please clear my doubt
Good question, I noticed this part aswell. This might cause some confusion.
A disconnector can open or close on a bus while there is power. but in order to do so there is usually a section to link/couple bus 1 and bus 2.
This has to be done with a circuitbraeker. then there is no current flowing through a disconnector when you change to the other bus.
So in steps it would look like this:
1. close curcuitbreaker to couble bus 1 and bus 2
2. close disconnector 2 in the section you want to switch.
3. open disconnector 1 in the section you want to switch.
4. open circuitbreaker to seperate bus 1 and 2.
because you close disconnector 2 before opening disconnector 1 the current keeps flowing through the side thats closed.
opening the disconnector in this case is done while the power is on but the load is distributed.
what is the electrical equipment interview asking sir
hi. you need to have information on all the types of equipment used in a substation before going to interview. I have a video series on substation equipment on youtube, you can watch that.
Great video but where does a switchgear fall under?
Thanks. Try watching this video where in i talk about the types of switchgear.
