Pinaka-notorious umano sa lahat ng POGO hubs pagdating sa karahasan sa industriya ang Lucky South 99 na sinalakay ng mga awtoridad sa Porac, Pampanga.
Ito ay dahil sa napapaulat na kidnapping at torture activities nito kasunod na rin ng pagkakasagip sa ilang umano’y biktima na nagpumilit makatakas mula sa dinanas na kalbaryo.
