I stopped by the garage and transfered the container to the femm with a float bed and then dropped both the trailer and the plad off at service center using the truck I picked up the trailer with, and then the femm went down the quarry without having to bring a trailer back out

From the looks, i'd say the Plad is a Faun "Koloss", a German heavy duty lorry.

Basically...
1. Deliver the container to the quarry.
2. Repair the PLAD
3. Deliver the trailer and the PLAD to the Logistics Center
4. Repair the PLAD again and refuel it.

Man, did I screw myself over. I used the Freightliner M1916A1 to deliver the container on the wide flatbed cause I thought "oh, I haven't used this truck in a long time and its high saddle has decent-ish height. Let try it!" Well, past me is a fucking dumbass that took at least 2 hours and 6 trucks just to unlock 1 truck.
Tell me about it ! On last night's stream we got in to so much trouble it's insane :D And I was using Tatra Phoenix , so not the worst truck !
How did you manage to use the kenworth for this mission?!? That thing feels like it cant even move itself most of the time, i think ill ether try the zig605r or the pacific p12 with a suport crane truck for this, i have all the trucks except season 13 trucks and rock grinder so i have a lotta choices but i just find the p12 super relyable
I think Kenworth is really good , as long as you don't have crazy inclines ! Also, Femm is a viable option , just watch out for that fuel consumption

I have year 4 dlc how do I unlock this truck? I have unlocked it playing multi-player but it's still locked in my shop.
on normal mode you need to find it first....

It’s not a greatest truck this dlc left me kinda of empty really I mean there not many addons nothing special about it it’s just got the 2 slot bed the only thing I’m using the plad for is a crane truck I’m using the kenworth 953 or femm for all this dlc cause of all the rocks in the quarry and bumps break suspension in no time in the regular trucks I got 6 kenworth 953s

Correct me if I’m wrong … but using that super heavy, pain in the a$$ trailer to deliver the container is optional, right? It’s not like we’re delivering that trailer to the bottom of that quarry, so why couldn’t something more maneuverable handle transporting the container.
You are absolutely right . Twinsteer , Paystar, or femm could do the job without any trailers

Reason I asked: Just came back from taking a break and opted to start a new playthrough. Decided to try to unlock this beast early (like 25% done in Michigan early) and having limited trucks makes this task a little more challenging.

(And yes I do like the Kensworth, just saying i's not considered a "powerful" truck.)
I guess what I meant by that is powerful in a sense that it's very good in off-road conditions and stable :)

@@teleMenace Maybe. I believe the word truck guys uses for that is "capable". The Kensworth is a very capable truck, but not necessarily a powerful truck.
The Kenworth 963 can be equipped with the H6 15.0L Wanderer engine with 2650 Nm of torque, one of the most powerful engines in the game. In the game, the first thing I do when getting any truck is get its best engine (just another fun part of the game), so I assume anyone else can do the same. The real life truck Kenworth 963 is modeled on, by the way, is huge with tires as tall as you are and has a Cummins ISX engine, which turns out about 2050 lb-ft (2780 Nm) of torque, and the truck chassis has a Gross Combination Weight Rating of 500,000 lbs. Both in the game or real life, it's definitely a powerful truck.
Kenworth has highest saddle in the game. The only time I've had trouble moving cargo is when loading ridiculous amounts of weight on the back and then driving up an 80 degree slope.
