Gruden had exactly the kind of foul-mouthed you would think a coach would have. He tells a story about when he was with Tampa, and they decided to Blitz Peyton Manning. Manning promptly made them pay with like an 80-yard touchdown pass, and as Manning is running down the sideline past the Tampa bench, Gruden said Manning looked at him and said, "You gotta fuckin' be kidding me."
The fact that Gruden told that story multiple times (I heard it twice) without flinching or blushing tells you that he has no trouble using 'colorful ' language, on his own.

Didn't Peyton say Omaha is just an alert word if the clocks running fown and he doesn't have time to go through his full cadence. For example if there is a dummy cadence on the play.

Romo took late hits alot, in fact head jolting late hits after throwing the ball pretty much weekly, but no calls. They would call those hits for other qbs always. He was the least protected qb in the nfl. The commissioner hated Romo i guess, because the nfl media also would make up negative trash about his play constantly.

Peyton sounds so funny when he's doing is cadences. That southern draw with those random words is *chef's kiss*.
All season Peyton did the "Omaha set hut" and would the ball would immediately be snapped. Then when Peyton and the Broncos met the Chargers in the playoffs, it was about the 2nd quarter that Peyton changed that "Omaha" would be the dummy snap count and the second call would be the snapping call. Peyton got multiple offsides called on the Chargers. Even though they watched film and studied, he used it against them and got a lot of free yards.
Imagine being on the line and hearing the QB just suddenly yell "BALLS" (Favre does in the video) 😂😂😂
