- Today we visit the best thermal baths in Europe. Caldeira Velha is a natural thermal bath on Sao Miguel island in the Azores. These thermal baths are heated by thermal hot springs under the ground mixing with natural spring water to create this outdoor spa! Before this, we do Janela do Inferno hike and see a waterfall in the Azores, then go to Lagoa do Fogo viewpoint Azores, ending our day at Santa Barbara beach Azores. We ate dinner at Out of The Blue Azores Hostel in Ponta Delgada, before heading for more dinner at restaurant Taberna Acor in Ponta Delgada.

OMG this is so beautiful. This where I want to go OMGGGGG! From what I see of Azores, it looks so mystical. I saw one video in rainy weather and it still looked incredible like a dream a foggy dream but so intriguing.

I'm a massage therapist, I have to go in the damn hot spring lol smh. I so don't want to book my own excursion but if there are no excursions with my cruise company that have me take a dip in the hot spring, I may not have a choice!!
I wonder why they call it Hell’s Window - Janela do Inferno - when it’s all so scenic?! I don’t remember many Portuguese words but remember ‘janela’ lol. The hostel looks like a great place to stay.
