- Just popped in to this little creek system to check out the fishing potential. None to get today, but Ill be returning in the kayak when all this muddy water goes clear for sure.
Nice little backwater Macca, it's one thing that I do occasionally miss living over here, nothing much worth fishing for so I can't be bothered. So I will look forward to throwing a lure around with you sometime down the track. 👍

I know the Mulgowie area, I'm not far away. Beautiful place. I've spent many hours out there just exploring on the bike and on foot. All the feeder creeks house many smaller fish species. Sometimes we overlook just sitting and watching. You are a lucky man living in a small patch of paradise unknown to most.

Can you please tell me if a few spots at mulga I’m in Laidley and usually fish at dyer or savages at Fernvale
@@liamthompson5061 There's no fishing spots up in the feeder creeks. Just rainbows and aquarium fish. You are better served by fishing anywhere in the upper Brissy river or the Bremer river. I fish Dyer sometimes. I live a few hundred mtrs from it. Plenty of Bass and yellowbellies there. Takes some patience to work out though. I only use lures and soft plastics.
I recognise this spot, you'd have much more success targeting carp here. I've never caught anything but carp here or elsewhere in the area

No crocs this far south Mike. No other bities to worry about as well.
