- I was once told if you wanted to have a great day snow goose hunting you have to go as many times as you can because it won’t always happen.
So that’s what I’ve been doing , going every day, this day was the first I happened to be myself.
The morning started out decent with a couple solo bird’s decoying in and getting on the board.
Than things changed within the matter of seconds, a crazy spin of thousands of birds started directly above me. I sat back and enjoyed the show until something spooked them and was able to pick off 5 that landed in the water!

I like how patient you were, you let them work, you don't see that a lot on spring snow goose hunts.
I don’t care about stacking piles, and the people that judge others for not having big piles are just in it for the wrong reasons and need to work on themselves. I love the experiences, watching the birds, and the challenges that come with it!

lol that’s where they were all sitting together and didn’t realize till I seen the Shotkam footage afterwards . And something felt off when I counted my birds😂

I personally have zero there’s probably 200+ fullbodies and 2000 socks and 3 dozen floaters in this spread

That's one thing I've never hunted. I gave up goose and duck hunting year's ago. Way to much work for a few bird's.
Not bout the limit of birds , just the experiences and memories with friends and family
