I just bought an NSDRC 650.. not even 12 hours on it and it's twitching like you mentioned and they won't replace it. Yes I had a 5ft fall and broke the gear.. replaced the gear. Ran it trailing for 3 hours the next day, no issues. Next day soon as I turned on the VRD, twitchy Mc twitcherson... why won't they replace it?
After watching todays live stream i changed inserts on a set of 1.9 Globact beadlocks w) jconcepts Tusks and had a heck of a time doing so. Do you have any tricks for easy removal even if its proactive. ie. On initial assembly. Theese monsters acted like the bead was glued to the wheel. ?
That's the compound. JConcepts green sometimes doesn't want to let go. Suaully if you can just get a fingernail under the edge of a bead, you can "peel" the tire off. I just try to go slowly, out of the fear of tearing a tire one day.
motor combined with AM32 esc SPIKES voltage that kills the servo electronics, unless they have a zener fitted. 16v zener for 4s. if running a lower volt rated servo, match with lower volt zener. There is caps that can help regulate, but zener is a more sure way. But you can ask the esc manufacture if they have this built in already.
So why was this never happening before? Daphne has been running AM32 + outrunner + direct-power servo for just like Zoidberg, Yella, and a host of others. The first servo death happened just a few months ago.
Actually it depends on what lipo you use....a tiny 4s like 450 or 300 mah might put some strain on your specific servo. I run 4s 500s for ages on my competition rigs and the battery is certainly not what killed some of my servos😊
Another great Friday with the Canyoneros. Ya never know what to expect, but that's what makes so much fun.
I missed it to. My dad and me were fixing cut fences at Tucson property. Homeless people cut it in 3 places

Those wheels may suck to build but they do look very nice..
The Boom Racing clones look but they are definitely a commitment. Swapping a set of tires will take the better part of an hour.
How do you get in on the giveaway

@@CrawlerCanyon depends on the esc, and depends on the servo. some escs have zener or a cap, same with some servos have a cap internally. see email :)
