Shot on the Lumix S5 Mk2, with the 20-60 and, in most cases, on the DJI RS4 gimbal. (And when not, then handheld, mostly with Boost IS on. You can easily tell those apart as the horizon, at least temporarily, can be uneven in them.)
During the darkest hours, I sometimes switched from vlog to Standard picture mode with -3 Contrast, -1.5 Saturation, -5 Sharpness and -5 Noise Reduction. Otherwise, I shot into vlog. Post processed in FCPX 10.8 with the new "Enhance light and color" (ELC for short) feature. Basically, I've accepted all the choices it made except for
1, brightness (I made sure it'd top out at around 100%; sometimes ELC overshot, sometimes under)
2, saturation - I've set all log clips to around 133% saturation; ELC generally set (sometimes much) lower values. I sometimes also dialed in some additional saturation into standard clips too but in no way as much as with vlog clips.
I added a datetime stamp to clips starting (sometimes considerably) later than the previous. Otherwise, when two clips have more or less taken in quick succession (basically my only changing the focal length in between, which, when on a gimbal, also meant a complete lock/unlock cycle not to wear out the motors by operating the zoom ring), I added no timestamp to the 2nd (etc.) clip.
