Honestly what I love about Clementine is that she’s a child character done right. She’s not annoying, and from the very beginning she was well written and taken seriously by the writers. I also found it cool how quickly she matured beyond her years in this world as well.

My fav character that I couldn't get over losing was Luke,he cared about Clem fed her when everyone else was against her trusted her from the start,i can't believe they just had him die like that.

Leetbeast he has a good back story, chemistry with Chem and is bubbly and outgoing, basically an older A.J. In my opinion Violet was a dull character and got bored of her quickly.

@@killua6506 The problem is, him being killable in season two makes it almost impossible to keep him around in season 3. I mean, creating two significantly different versions of the story (one with, one without him) would cost a lot of time and money. (And might make it pretty difficult to write well) So the remaining options are to either separate him from Clementine for most of the story or to just keep him around without him ever doing anything too important... And both options would be pretty hard to swallow as well, after the role he played in seasons 1 and 2.

I'm glad Lee got number 1. Yes the overall story, might have been Clementine's story but Lee was the man in the first and still the best season. He held everything together and his death is still one of the most emotional moments in video games.
This might sound silly but I feel like he's overlooked a bit these days to. It's like people are more into newer characters and shipping relationships based on later seasons and it feels like people aren't talking about Lee so much anymore. Yeah passage of time and all that but people still talk about Kenny and Luke and they've been gone for 2 seasons now.
As much as I love Clem I think lee is the best and the most loved character in the series

For me, the canon ending with Kenny is the Wellington ending where he secures a place for Clementine and AJ at the expense of himself, then walks off into the distance. I personally think he's still alive wandering the country, and would love to see a season that focused on him as the main character.

Been wanting telltale to do that for a min, love Kenny so damn much, imo he shoulda stayed alive through seasons 3 and 4 and should’ve became more of a main Rick Grimes type role, Kenny is kinda like Rick with Shane’s temper, but yea it would be amazing to get a season that goes off the Wellington ending where kenny walks away, playing as Kenny after the events of season 4

Best of best - best (IMO):
1) Kenny: is my all time favorite he's just so legendary, to me the perfect character and character development, would never choose Jane over him.
2) Clementine & Lee: nothing needed to be said here, Interchangeable

4) Louis: He was the light of the final season and such a goofball, I just realised that would be weird.
Clem: "I have one goofball"
AJ: "My names Alvin Jr".
5) AJ: my first time playing I thought he was a little brat but growing accustom to his character and his age factor I realised that he is absolutely top 5 for me. His growth and loyalty to Clem is outstanding.
6) Lily: She's just a natural survivor, I did get upset when she shot Carley but I could see the pain she was in and chose to forgive her. Stealing the RV I didn't care for cause I felt she'd be better off.
7) Javier: The highlight of S3, I also quite enjoyed that season cause for me I needed a break from all the emotion the previous seasons had given me and just wanted some good action packed gameplay which I feel like S3 gave me. Overall Javier is one of my favorite (not best) characters.
8) Carley: Her support for Lee and Clem, Lee especially, was amazing
9) David: I can't imagine S3 without David, to me another important character to the game and his relationship with Javier I really enjoyed.
10) Carter: Again another really important character to the game, personally where I think Clem gets her strength from. Also could not picture S2 without Carver, imo one of the best (not fav) characters.

Chuck ended up wasted in E4 despite that he was a really well written character. I wish he lasted longer. And I really wish that Lee and Kenny lasted until the very end. The Season 1 characters were the classics.

Jesus is my favorite beyond the main cast, (Lee, Clem, Kenny, Javi) That I actually was fascinated by. I’m a sucker for Brandon Keener’s voice it fits almost every wide character and I just felt nostalgia from the show and Mass Effect because of his voice. I would like an official spin off as Jesus taking the actual comic route instead of the show (which sucks) I just liked the characters from season 3, I just hated how uninvolved it was with the story.

9: Javi, he’s honestly on here because I watch a CZcamsr Call me Kevin played the third game and he intentionally went out of his way to pick the worst options for Javi and it was just So funny.
8: Minerva, She is Honestly my favorite villain of all 4 games. Her appearance on the bridge in the last chapter really sent chills down my spine.
7: Luke, had the most unfair death in the series In my opinion.
6: AJ, he had some of the best Character growth in the whole series, So many people gave their lives to get him to where he is today.
5: Lee, I might get murdered for not putting Lee in my top 3 but this is my list and I just like some characters more
4: Violet, her and Louis are perfect matches for Clementine and both go through some excellent growth too.
3: Louis I like Louis just a hair more than Violet, both of them are just so great

I'd personally put luke over violet and Louis. He really had the unconditional love for clem that lee and kenny and i feel like if he lived past episode 4 of season 2 he'd get a lot more love

I saw a cut content thing where the final fight of season 2 would’ve originally been Luke versus Kenny. And honestly? I agree with your placements on both characters. So if they had kept that as the final choice of who to keep alive? I would’ve had a much much harder decision. Keeping Kenny alive instead of Jane was an easy choice for me. But picking between luke and Kenny would’ve been hard because I loved both of their characters.
