My favorite song from Paul. I would say it's my favorite Beatles song, but honestly, I don't see how anyone can have an ultimate favorite among them all!
Seriously though. When I have kids, I am only letting them listen to music like this. None of this new music, just the old classics. I grew up in the 90's and my dad showed me this great music.
You could say the music today is too inappropriate (which isn't actually untrue, lol), and then have your children thanking you in the end once they listen to this incredible music!

Listening to this song makes me genuinely happy. You know, as in being a 5 year old celebrating his birthday in Disneyland kind of happy. Only the Beatles never fail to do that, no matter how sad you are.
I hate it when I look up amazing songs on CZcams, and all the comments are about someone else singing the song on a TV show. Everyone's fawning over this one person's voice, but I'd rather take the time to acknowledge how incredible PAUL MCCARTNEY's voice was on this track. No one could ever come close.

I remember as a teen riding around in my friend Russel's car (7 of us teen boys, 3 in front 4 in back, no limit or seat belt regulations in 1969) listening to this on his 8 track player passing a joint around and all of us singing along at the top of our throats out in Trabuco canyon. Great memories hope everyone in the car that day is well and alive
I don't know why people are hating on a Voice contestant for doing an excellent rendition of a great song. A number of famous Beatles songs themselves are covers of older songs from artists they were really into.
I love earlier music (pre 80's) because that's when pop music for the most part was good music. I think the reason that it's awesome is that 90% of "pop musicians" from this era are likeable for me, and the unknown stuff from this era is INCREDIBLE. It's like you're still getting a lot of music easily, but it's awesome. It's pop music that's just soo good.
When i listen to The Beatles I always here songs of Love and I noticed that I dont need those to think of anyone person because I wont be in love with them as much as I am with The Beatles!

a teacher today at school told me about this song and how Paul McCartney spent days outside screaming at the top of his lungs to damaged his voice for only the bridge. I was soo facinated, cause thats detication to his music.
i'm so happy i haven't been brainwashed by media into listening to one direction and nicki minaj etc because of my age (14) i'm just so happy i'm into this music instead of the chart music of today because, well this song is a perfect example of why this genre and era of music will ALWAYS be the best! the beatles forever

Agreed. VERY few people have a favorite OVERALL Beatles song. Other than this one, mine are "Something", "Don't Let Me Down", and "Octopus' Garden".
