    4:15 You don't want to get rid of pressure. Pressure is just a sensation. You want to be okay with it Be process focused, not outcome oriented. If I know my times tables, the math test takes care of itself.

    4:50 pressure like all emotions is an amplifier. It heightens anxiety and excitement.

    4:15 In training I feel no pressure and can do well, in competition I feel pressure and can do well. I do not try to get rid of it.

      He has a book called "with winning in mind." It's probably one of the best books I read about getting control of your mind.
