At 23 if you have put in the work-say able to meditate for 30 mins no problem and do a check into family history of any mental disorders like schizophrenia or paranoia. If you have a strong mind and are in tune with it. Do it. The more you do to put into it the more you’ll be able to take out of it. Still have to do work on both sides of the trip. If you do it’ll be the one of the best things you’ve ever done
I think you can do it around 25-30 and really get something out of it. Earlier than that and you're just doing it for fun
