Wow! In this video we can see what important are teamworks in the world. A real teamwork is form by people who pull up every time, humble people, everybody in the group have the same marks and they are going to do everything to meet the goals. All members in a teamwork wanna be part of the team, they support each other and respect different opinions! Great video!

Teamwork is very important since decisions are made together and in order to function as a team we must trust each other and thus we will achieve better results.
Nothing is impossible with a great team.
Some of the best outcomes that I have experienced as a leader, an educator, as a volunteer in non for profit organization and in family affairs have come from team work. Everyone has talents that complement each other within a team. By putting all of those talents together to lead, to teach, to create, to learn and to celebrate can only have optimal outcomes!
Thank God once in my life I've experienced this set up..🙏💖😊
Wow!! How impressive this video and how incredible the power of teamwork, what I liked the most was what Tyler explained about trying to overcome his limits and my favorite example was the all blacks. It is very powerfull the message of the video.

When we work as a team, we can pool our strengths, support each other's weaknesses, and accomplish great things. Remember that every team member has something unique to offer, and that by working together, we can achieve success beyond our individual capabilities. You know what’s better than teamwork. Beating the team as a single person. Most people who are in teams are simply weak, and put too much faith in compromise rather than just putting in the work.
I have always found teams just more people for me to beat. People hate being beaten as it is, and they really hate it when one individual trumps a team.
Also - rugby is a game of thugs. If you want to be a thug, then good luck. Life is much larger that a stupid game like this.

Micheal Jordan was very similar from all reports. It’s just he made millions and was in the public eye and others aren’t. (Myself included)
The point is that much can be accomplished alone with a high work ethic and completely disregarding the “giving up” option.
Not easy, but often much better than just fitting in, if you’re after getting results from yourself.

Its easier to label the male teams because the male teams are what everyone watches and knows off the top of their head due to their higher athleticism and talent, and thus watched more therefor represented more. He could've shown and talked about the WNBA but barely anyone can name the best teams or even good players, but everyone knows players like Lebron, Micheal Jordan, Kobe. Ya can't force diversity.

@@CM-gx4db I have given no bias merely stated a fact, men are more athletic than women, and thus more people watch their sports due to them being more entertaining. Not saying women's sports are bad in any way, and plus this is not unconscious, it is well known. I am not against diversity but you are trying to force it into something that's meant to be relatble to some degree and its hard to relate to a sports team you likely never heard of or watched. I don't need to take cultural competency training to indoctrinate myself in "diversity over fact."
