- Hey friends! Let's chat about the latest Kringle Reserve release. 5 new scents were released including Turquoise, Vanilla Rose Cone, Crimson & Clover, Herb & Spice and Blue Orchid. I have 3 scents that were sent as PR and today I am going to sniff through them with you. Some of the reserved candles from last release like macarons, juicy strawberry, etc were restocked with the new release, except jelly donut, this morning.
Wow, they must have been super limited. I was up at 6:45 and they all said sold out still. BUMMER! I really wanted more Macarons.
*Edit: I chatted with Brett and he mentioned there were like 10 of the macarons released. UGH! We are gonna need more than 10 lol.
I picked up Herbs & Spice. 🌿 I’m hoping there’s no noticeable licorice (bleh) while lit. 😮I agree that Reseve Daylights or fragrance cards would be awesome. I’d pay for that gladly to sample new scents. 👍 ☘️
I was hoping to hear your thoughts on these before I placed an order but I jumped right away because I didn't want to miss out...They had a few restocked of the sold out scents but they went in a couple of minutes.I had them in my cart but went back to make sure they didn't have a Jelly Donut because that wasn't there right away..They never did add that one and I lost a few from my cart because of my hesitation on pushing the button.. ....Mick said in a group that they are still having a hard time getting the jars so they can't make as many as they would like until they get them...I am hoping they do receive the jars and can fit in a complete restock in the near future...For me when I have fig in candles that scent comes across as powdery so I don't usually love that note but I really wanted Crimson and Clover so I am taking the risk..Sorry for the book again..lol I think there is a Thai basil that can have a licorice scent....I can't wait to smell Herbs and Spice.....Thanks for your thoughts.

I ordered Turquoise and Crimson and Clover since it reminds me of my favorite Tommy James and the Shondell's song, lol. Went to BBW today with my 25% off coupon to pick up some candles since they had a BOGO. Particularly wanted Ebony Sands but they only had one and the fragrance was extremely weak along with all the other candles I smelled so I left the store empty handed. I think BBW is cutting back on the amount of fragrance they are putting in their candles.
I missed Vanilla Rose Cone also because it was sold out by the time I got on to order but I was able to get Blue Orchid and Turquoise...I got 2 out of the 3 I wanted
I think your sample/coupon is a great idea and would love if they implemented! It is extremely frustrating to be interested in these Reserve candles and for a lot of them to be gone so quickly and having to wait way too long for restock...I know the reasons why but that doesn't change the fact that it's frustrating...lol Thank you for your thoughts!
I totally agree! Jackie (another creator) had actually mentioned to me that Kringle had a TINY restock of some of the scents from the last go around this morning, but it was like 10 or so and not all the scents were restocked. Brett from PhillyCandleMan also shared with me that here is a glass shortage right now so its making it extra difficult to get more in. All understandable, but frustrating for consumers. I think we have all just gotten so used to having everything available when we need or want it. I know I have. Hopefully they can institute something like the scent cards in the future. I think it would be helpful to so many. I love their daylights for sampling scents.... but sometimes even that amount is too much for some to commit to. What I do appreciate about Kringle is they are trying to innovate and try new things so I expect cool things from them in the future!
@@MrKongsMom You are spot on on the getting things right when we want them and I should work on being more patient. I LOVE being able to sample through the daylights too! That is a great feature of Kringle for sure!!
I have the same issue with my left eye sometimes. Haven't figured it out yet.🤔
Ok I need your help on Blue Orchid haha, to me it’s a bit of an aromachem bomb , I think it’s ambroxan but could be iso-e super with it. I feel like it’s got to be a dupe of a personal fragrance but I can’t place it. Some of these reserve candles are reminding me of Dua fragrances that are a bit heavy handed on the synthetics. But I still love Kringle of course.
Aroma-Chem is a great term for that type of scent. It’s very strong on cold. I still need to light mine up. It’s not really my normal go to type of scent but it’s perfumey for sure!
The sample cards are a great idea!! I purchased most the Halloween collection because I just didnt know what I would like! Great Idea!!
I do actually get that with only one eye. It's only when I wear makeup. I figured out that it's my eyelashes. A few like to grow downward on that eye and when I'm wearing mascara it gets in that eye. Curling my lashes helps.
I had thought it was my makeup but it has not changed at all really for a long time... but I guess you could develop an allergy over time. I am lucky in that my lashes do grow upward so I have never actually curled them. I do get it on non makeup days too which makes me think its probably something going on with that eyeball. So annoying lol!
