Installed mine yesterday in my 397ths. Your video really helped the process go faster. I was lucky and they provided bolts were the correct length. Thank you so much for posting this video!

Too bad you didn’t have a magna-spot to locate where you wanted to drill. It makes jobs like that easy.
They are a little pricey for one time use, but if you need to locate a spot to drill often that are great. Made by magnapull. We used them when we needed to drill in that exact right spot through a wall.

Excellent video. Planning a couple of these our toyhauler, wife has her own bike. What did you do to seal up the under side of the trailer. This is the part that I'm not looking forward too. My unit is completely sealed up and I hate the thought of making cuts in the material as it becomes an access point for critters if it isn't sealed well. Thank you.

      Hey Shawn,
They make underbelly tape. I used gorillia tape and heated it up to "glue" on. 7000 miles later it's doing great! Good luck. You will absolutely love the biker bar! It makes life so easy!!!

Any updates? Still working? I am in the process of buying a toy hauler and want to utilize my Biker Bar. Have been planning and honestly you did it just the way I was planning, just worried about water (gray and black) tank positions, but with just one bike, I think I have plenty of options. Thanks for posting.

+Troy Lane it works great! We were worried our measurements were off for the initial drilling. This install is one of those moments where you measure multiple times and then double check it all again. A couple people on Facebook have ended up having to drop their tanks to finish the install!
Good luck and happy modding! You won’t be unhappy with this one!

Hey. Great vid. I have a biker bar in my enclosed trailer but want it in my toy hauler. What sized screws did you use to secure the plates underneath? Thanks!!

Hey Jeff! Sorry for the delayed response. We bought the grade 8 bolts at a local hardware store. The bolts we bought were 4 inches, BUT the length will depend on your rig and how thick your flooring is. We had to go through our flooring, the rubber top, and then the base boards.
I'd suggest you use the initial bolts during your install and then measure how much longer they need to be.
Alternatively, buy longer bolts than you thinkyou need. The mounting system underneath allows the bolts to be "too long" and there was lots of space under there for us!
      Good luck!
