by rules if there's someone waiting to go on your right you need to give way (just think logically, you need to give way to anyone coming in runabout, and you know he will enter first).
However, BMW driver saw that his path will be clear first because the last white passing car takes exist before him, and motorcyclist will be blocked until that time. So, yeah, motorcyclists made a mistake by assuming that they were ready at the same time to enter (in which case BWM would have been at fault).

It's "childish". The car had plenty of time to enter and go around the roundabout. He wasn't really interfering with the motorcyclist even when the motorcyclist accelerated to make it appear even more of a nuisance.

@@borisj don't justify his action with what beeping is intended for, it was a reckless move and since he did not seem to care much for safety, a beep is a good way of telling the next car in front to be aware of of guys like him, because chances are he is gonna do it again, and next time he might not get away with it without causing an accident... besides, beeping is fully legal if you beep at a driver/rider causing danger in traffic, and that is exactly what he is doing...

Back in the good old days, a cop would 'issue a warning' and people would change their behaviour without suffering a financial burden, and furthermore respected the cops. That doesn't happen here anymore. The cops are on a quota each month. Back in 1998 when my 2nd son was born, I walked back late at night from the maternity hospital to my car and was stopped by cops who tried to bust me for anything they could think of, but they couldn't because I didn't do anything wrong. I told them that I was visiting my wife & newborn in the hospital and I asked them why they harrassed me, and their answer was "it's the end of the month and we need to make up our quota".

The fines in this country are out of control. We honestly need some kind of scaling system cause $2500 means something totally different to a guy on $60k a year and renting an apartment vs someone on $120k a year and half his mortgage payed off.
Why do these guys go so fast? I mean, I like adrenaline, but they are putting themselves in dangerous situations... Playing to see who has the bigger balls in every light... Usually bikers brights aren’t high enough to straight up blind people, so with streets that don’t have any street lights it definitely helps be seen. It’s not like a lifted truck with 20K Lumen LEDs, it’s a small vehicle with a single headlight so it’s not really that bad
A lot of people don't realize how bright they are. I think some people's eyes might not be light sensitive, this leads to them not comprehending how high beams can blind people. I only say this as a lot of people leave high beams on act like they can't see other road users in the dark. I can see other road users with dipped lights and my aunt can't, is a good example of this

I've had an r6 for 22 years and only ever had 1 tank slapper and I sure did deserve it, accelerating hard overtaking on a bumpy country lane as I crossed back to my side of the road hit some bad tarmac as the front wheel touched back down. They do go front light when you rev out in the lower gears and this can get twitchy if you twist the bars inadvertently or are leaning changing direction. The liveliness on less than perfect tarmac is part of the fun as long as you're expecting it. The state of uk roads right now is downright dangerous for bikers, ride safe and have fun!

In a lot of european countries you'll get a similar fine. Here in the Netherlands, pulling a wheelie will probably result in loosing your drivers license for a minimum of 10 days, a fine (don't know how much, but probably €500 or so) and potentially a mandatory road safety course which usually costs around €1k to €1,5k.
A wheelie is considered not having control over your vehicle and therefore a serious danger on the road.
To me, US fines are ridiculously low. But that just might be the difference in that most western european countries, which have more overcrowded roads than the US, still have way less annual lethal crashes than the US.

In my full video this guy was doing this for miles he would not let me pass him and when I was finally able to the times I was his car was keeping up with my bike at 135, to 140 mph he definitely had a swapped engine because there’s no way he was able to keep up with me if he didn’t
