That doesn't mean their feelings for each other faded. They both still found it hard to live without each other and taehyung broke down and told her about it. They both know they can't be together unless he earns a position in the industry where he can go solo and doesn't have to be in a company with rules. She told him she'll wait for that day and asked him to do the same, how is she confusing him? They both know that already, and I'm sorry but his career does matter here and she doesn't want him to give up his dream for her it's not that easy.
