She is describing for both the lungs. For left she used lingular lobe and lower lobe. Listen carefully n interpret wisely

But one Thing ,if u take no offense
U touch ur hair too many times that's very distracting while trying to watch the images and seeing u talk same time .it distracts focus.i hope nobody takes a offence with it .if u can tie ur hair ,I think u will be unstoppable ,it will reflect discipline and help us focus more.
