The 7.2 is fantastic, great audio system you can customize to your room. Had it for several years now and highly recommend it.
I have the 9.2.4 ecard system and it THUMPS. My wife is always bitching at me to turn it down and I am only like 20% volume and bass turned way down. If you have an apartment I would think twice lol. Best sound bar on the market until the dragon comes out.
I'm hoping a lot of people demo the dragon I might pick it up.
I can't wait for the nakamichi dragon to be available

Cool stuff man. You get a thumbs up simply for having your TV on an actual TV console at the correct height. Not mounted 9 feet in the air above a fire place like so many people do now days. Regarding the Nakamichi, I bought the 9.2.4 system a couple years ago. It's awesome with the dual 10" subs. Worth every penny.

I got the 7.2.4 Nakamichi in May/2020 for my LG OLED 55" C9 and later upgraded to LG OLED 77" C1. The soundbar had issues out the box and Nakamichi sent me a replacement a few days later. I just couldn't get the sound they way I like it with either LG OLED TVs. I now have a muffled sound that randomly comes in/out with the Nakamichi when I play Dolby or Atmos content I just can't get rid of with any setting on the TV or soundbar. I have the latest firmware on the soundbar. Probably going to replace with the Sonos Arc set-up. I've had zero issues with my Sonos and it sound fantastic and better than the Nakamichi on my office LG OLED 55" C1 (Sonos Gen 1 Beam, Gen 3 sub, 2 IKEA Symfonisk bookshelf speakers as rears).

@@Voxuami I might just have the only 2 lemon soundbars out the bunch. I haven't heard of any other nakamichi owners having anything similar to my issues.
Maybe you should go with Sonos … For a while I had the Arc/Era 300s and Gen3 Sub with my LG C1 … amazing sound and worked like a charm.
You should do a video demonstration of the sound

I Don’t like that the rear speakers have to be wired to the sub that’s ridiculous it should of been wireless connection like most surround sound systems are nowadays . That’s one of the reasons why I won’t buy it.

Bought the 7.1.4 subwoofer has an annoying popping sound during watching a movie or playing ps5 games, customer service is a joke they say change your router channels, DF off and move the subwoofer away from the router which I did, guess what didn't change a thing I have 3 other brand wirless subwoofers in the house and the nakamichi one is the only one with popping issues. 2:56
Contact support. They had a bad Bach. They’ll replace it. The popping is from a bad batch.

I have get one of those.
Real home theater designers don't use soundbars. They use discrete speakers for each channel. And preferably 2 or 3 way full frequency speakers all around and dual subs. But I guess Nakamichi has to put something out to sustain their existence since they no longer make Audiophile-grade HiFi gear.
