Fun fact, you don't need the top bun to get the sandwich effects, so just throw it aside when making a sandwich

I got the shiny charm and i can say that is rigged more than your super mario party luck... i got lucario, azumarill and some others (shiny). Still your last pokemon is obviously dondozo shiny and would not be easy to find (not at the same level of zoroa or a ditto).
