Hi, I test the system with optical loop cable. I tried connecting different. Systems installed at in the boot (Sat Nav, sound amp, etc) and under dash with female plug in loop cable, but still RMC MMI unit didn’t turn on.
I tied to put male optical loop cable in RMC control unit, to see if the systems cones in, but still no luck. But I narrowed down the issue to RMC control unit, I think the circuit board is faulty. Any help , how to replace or repair the RMC MMI board on Audi A1 2012? Thanks.,

The most bus can be diagnosed using fibre optic loops, and if it is a cable, you can also easily diagnose it by checking the loops...
I also doubt that the jump starting would damage a cable...
Yo7 need to check all the modules in the most bus... one by one...
And one thing... avoid to jump start cars with loads of electronics... that is what happens...

That's a stupid place to put the fuse which powers the Cd player, the controller and the MMI. It should be with all the other fuses in a fuse box. This forces you to pull out the cd player which created a bigger headache
