However, my motherland China 2 million dollar doesn't get you that much. 800 sqft condo in an older building....similar to that of New York.
We are an internationally renowned place, and people all over the world want to live here but it isn't just the Chinese. Although, the Chinese have an history thats intertwined with British Columbia.
2020-2023 Has been mostly driven by local buyers and sellers FYI.
