They're just too smooth on the beat. I think it is a combination of accent and fine-tuned flows in accordance with it. Plus a massive healthy scene that has already built a legacy. Other nations have just recently started to hop on the uk drill type beats. And it will take some time before they figure out the formula with the specific language quirks and nuances ( tonality, phrasing, accents, etc...).
