To be radical honest, why choose somebody who didn't choose you, didn't fight for you (avoidants, narcs and other damaged people do that shit), and somebody else will do and accept you for who you are. She fought for me. But I did not understand in time. She gave up. After losing her I realised. Now I'm the one who fights by making mistakes like gifts, talking to them, stalking them or even showing up to their house. I'm just pressuring her more. I just miss her. About a week or so ago, I've been talking to God for finding out answers on why everything happen between me and my ex. For the most part everything that I knew about the break up was correct, however, he filled in the gaps to help me understand better. This no contact was hard at first, after a little bit it became easy, anyway, God told me that she isnt happy well truly happy because she isnt with me anymore. He explained more however I wont put it all here though, he told me to keep faith with him and trust him because she will come back to me with his help. So whenever I just talk, I'm talking to God and he's been giving me the best opportunity to improve my life. Talking to God recently has made things easier to understand the concept of everything

All I know is that she isnt happy because she isnt with me, now I'm not saying that she shouldnt be happy because she does, however, what God told me was that she isnt truly happy and she is in pain because she doesnt have me. This I know to be true because I saw her pain and sorrow in her eyes when she left me. She never wanted to leave me is what she said and God confirmed that on a much deeper level. However, all I know is I talk to God more rather it be making sure his followers and everyone else is protected and should be happy with their lives. Will I give my ex a second chance when God brings her back into my life, and she truly is sorry and wants to love me and act like the partner that I deserve. Then yes, I'll give her a second chance however, she truly has to want to be with me and express her feelings for me. There's alot to what God and I talked about and I will stand by what I told him

Working out, getting in shape, eating healthy, getting plenty of rest, working on my three jobs that I have. I'm not going to stop because God said he would bring my ex back, I'm going to keep improving myself so much that I need to truly understand myself more and that this break up had to happen. This is where God and I agree on when it comes to a breakup, especially when both parties had such a strong bond that was built in just a few months. The breakup had to happen to show both people how and what it will be like when that person is no longer in your life anymore. Especially with a strong bond that my ex and I had it will only become stronger when we meet again because we wont be careless. When people have such a strong bond like that it's almost impossible to break completely and it cant be replaced by someone else.

So so TRUE... Trust me, Coach is saying an absolute truth. 5 months ago when I was at the bottom of my circle (my father passed away that time) my girl for 15 years left me all of a sudden and got connected with somebody who had never thought good about me. My girl started manipulating me and lying to me , to be with that man. I was doomed and gone.. tired to pursue her back but she just gave a blind eye as if she had been hypnotized. Then I joined meditation and gym and went NO CONTACT just as the coach said. 3 weeks down the line she started contacting me in different ways. But now the story has changed. I'm NOT INTERESTED in her at all (mind you, she was my life until she dumped me). Now she wants to connect desperately but my priorities and life has changed. I'm still in no contact with her and plan to be like that for the rest of my life 😎. Thankful to her and the man I now have a different life and excellent purpose. P.S. - It is not easy to transform but it is worth it. So DO IT.
A lot of people only see the result of no contact being getting their ex back because they're hurting and want them back. Understandable. But what it's really for is for you to out grow them and get back in control. Your ex coming back will only happen if you actually became better and hold yourself to a higher standard. It's not some type of equation. If you think that, then you're manipulative without even realizing it. That's when it becomes a game. It may work at the start, but it'll just end again because you didn't actually change and you'll make the same mistakes. You have to come to terms with the fact that a relationship is built from 2 people, which means if 1 of those people doesn't want to be with the other, then that's the way it will be. You can't just tell them you love them so they are in a relationship with you, that's insanity. Wonder why it feels better when you just be yourself and do things you enjoy doing? Because it's easy. It should be easy to be yourself. You'll find that as the days and weeks go on in no contact, if you do it right, you'll start to outgrow your ex and stop thinking about them romantically. The pain will start to go away, because you know you're worthy of someone who doesn't take you for granted. Once you truly start to move on, they'll come back or at least get curious so long as you weren't needy. It's also super easy to be needy, again why? Because you're losing a very meaningful investment. Love is such a powerful emotion, it really is one hell of a drug. So when you lose it, you're gonna panic because your fix is gone. But if you're able to control your emotions and suffer through all that pain of loss, you'll be much better off. Once you stop making your life all about that one person and start showing up for YOU, you won't have a problem finding someone else or even getting them back. PLEASE, don't view no contact as a game or equation to get your ex back. You'll only damage yourself. You have to move on. You lost them, come to terms with it, and then flip the sentence: They lost YOU. Because now you're better than ever and on the right path to becoming the best version of you and getting closer to finding that one person for you. Bottom line is, if she/he continues to take you for granted and moves on, they aren't the one for you. They may even come back after a year or so if they saw you move on. My ex did, and I told her to get to stepping. I got with this amazing girl, or so I thought, and wanted to marry her. Her true colors became clear, but I was needy when we broke up and made every bad mistake with no contact in the book. It ended up making me depressed severly for 7 months. Then I recently got with a new girl, ended up being a rebound. It's a little more complicated than that, or at least I think and time will tell, but even if we connect again, during this no contact period I set for myself, I'm gonna detach from her because I will find someone else and continue being my best self. That's the thing about rebounds... They chose you because you're relationship material that's super safe for them so that they don't get hurt and so that you can patch them up. Even if they say they're over their ex and they move on fast, they're lying to themselves. You gotta show up for you. In that situation, you were the better one who is ready. You are everything they want, but they broke up with you because they're broken and need time to fix their own problems. Just leave the door open at that point but don't be afraid to move on. You'll make it through. Trust me. Hold strong. Honestly, something that helps is to stop watching videos about it. Stop talking about your ex and the break up. Just go about your life like it didn't happen even if you have to pretend and still cry about it. Just stop talking about it. Stop keeping it in your mind. Focus on your career or your hobbies. Because if you're constantly thinking about them and talking about them, you're shooting yourself in the foot and won't move on as fast. Hope this comment helps someone. @@princesyx something you can learn from this is not to wait around. Obviously it varies from situation to situation. Get yourself right, and start dating again. If it were meant to be she wouldn’t have moved on. That means you need to move on. In the future, keep what you do even when you get a new girlfriend, on the down low. Be mysterious. Do this to avoid boring conversations. No contact is for you, not them. Keep it to yourself. If they ask you what you’re doing, say “guess.” Who knows, after a year or two if you guys both become single you may even come back together. If she was scared to hurt your feelings then she still has feelings for you. But don’t use that as hope. Just move on. If it were meant to be, it’ll happen later. Just don’t pursue or push it. It’ll happen naturally.

Some coaches say similar stuff, but almost shout into the screen or talk so fast that it’s not as relaxing and therapeutic to follow and digest. I listened to you talking about how you had a stutter when younger and how you overcame it and learned to manage talking slower. I find when people talk more slowly, we are more likely to actually actively listen to them too. I dated a man who had a stutter and know how difficult it can be and impact on his life. This was so helpful for me. I found it very difficult to even start NC and when I did I was only doing it in hopes it would bring him back but then he actually would come back everytime I would start and he had nothing to even really say so now I view it as an opportunity for me to focus on myself and also aide in healing from the breakup. I’m the one who broke up and I wasn’t my authentic self. I’ve been suffering from back issues, pain medication, sleep deprivation. I regret it and I was a little needy and insecure. I’m fixing my issues (having back surgery tomorrow). My behavior wasn’t typical and I think he can recognize it, we were together for a year and four months. I’m so hopeful he can forgive me and come back to me. We really had a good thing for 95% of the time.

The way you explain everything in your videos, I can clearly see how many mistakes I made towards myself and I would have looked so unattractive, I think I won’t date myself. I became so needy and insecure n completely forgot the standards that I had in start of relationship. The thing about being ignored by your partner is so subtle in start that u don’t even notice when your self respect and self control graph starts having negative slope n by the time u notice that it’s brkup coz either of u reached your limit, so the crux of avoiding all this is having self love and prioritising yourself what ever the situation is, it’s easier said than done, self love is so difficult. We need to build the qualities we like in someone in us coz actually that’s what we desire as we ourselves don’t have them.

Great advice. I just walked away from my ex on Monday. We've been together for 9 months but during that time she kept hurting me over and over again. Lies and deceptions all the time. But for some reason, I kept wanting to be with her. And yes, the more she kind of pushed me away, the more I wanted to be with her. We had so many arguments because of the way she was treating me. She would never apologize. Always blaming me. She was right on some occasions. She said I w3as needy and insecure. Which I was. But who wouldn't be after the things she put me through. Going out to a bar with some of her friends and she would totally ignore me all night long until I got mad and said something and left by myself. Flirting with other men in front of me. Left there Monday morning, gave her a kiss and told her I'd talk to her later...and I haven't yet. Now I'm wondering what she's thinking or feeling. Hit the gym, do things you enjoy and move on, this is some pretty disrespectful behaviour towards you, raise your standards and raise yourself up. If you go back, the insecure thoughts will continue on, the only way for you to get rid of them is to work on yourself and take ownership of your life.

Hey coach, my ex was still active with my social media, watching stories, liking photos I'd post etc. Never commenting or reaching out just orbiting for about 9 months. Recently I posted a video of me being really happy after I caught a nice bass on my fly rod and she noticed. Then randomly, boom, unfollowed 2 of my accounts. Can I get your opinion on this?
@TexasRigged honestly, it's both. It's good because maybe she is thinking to herself "why and how is he so happy without me!?" Usually when ex's think like that, it angers them. Behind anger, is fear. The fear of losing you. Idk what your ex is like but maybe she misses you? Whatever you do, don't reach out to her. Let her do it. Don't even reach out to her if she comes back around to interact with your social media.
Remember Coach says you being happy could trigger them? Blocking and unfollowing you also shows there's still emotion there...keep No Contact and focus on your growth too. Best!

I'd find it hard, but hey, so many variables... one never truly knows. And truthfully, I do believe, as they say, human beings don't really know what they want... and you could bet there's still a feeling for you... (not necessarily a romantic one for sure; but a feeling's a feeling, and not only that, you had a connection... something exclusive to romantic partners, and something that both of you could rethink into rebuilding); but hey, nonetheless, I'd say, as I've heard, having lost a connection with someone doesn't mean there isn't anything left... I do believe we keep something of the interactions we had, and in a romantic sense, I do believe the connection is still there... (weakening by the second... I'd doubt it... I'd say there is always potential... but remember we use logic to justify anything so she could be or did, rethink what happened between you and "closed that chapter"... but I'd argue it never really closes). Please coach help me!! I have been in no contact with my boyfriend for 4 months ago because he was blocked me. My girlfriend, which I had a relationship with for four years. broke up with me on the 20th of february. I said it kinda felt like it came out of the blue and asked if she wanted to work on the relationship. However she was doubting if she could get her feelings back. So we have a convo about the things that went well and did not went well in our relationship. I did my absolute best to better myself. However she didnt change at all. Now 3 days ago she broke up with me again because she says she still didnt love me again. She did not gave a particular reason, but said it became gradually the few months. Now I am giving her the no contact and I have the feeling she already is trying to "fbi" all my movements. She said she still cares a lot about me, but just didnt love me like she used to. Should I ask her to meetup and talk over it after giving her the no contact rule for a week? My goals are a 100 percent to get her to love me again and I do think she already realizes how much she misses me and how great I was. About a week or so ago, I've been talking to God for finding out answers on why everything happen between me and my ex. For the most part everything that I knew about the break up was correct, however, he filled in the gaps to help me understand better. This no contact was hard at first, after a little bit it became easy, anyway, God told me that she isnt happy well truly happy because she isnt with me anymore. He explained more however I wont put it all here though, he told me to keep faith with him and trust him because she will come back to me with his help. So whenever I just talk, I'm talking to God and he's been giving me the best opportunity to improve my life. Talking to God recently has made things easier to understand the concept of everything

All I know is that she isnt happy because she isnt with me, now I'm not saying that she shouldnt be happy because she does, however, what God told me was that she isnt truly happy and she is in pain because she doesnt have me. This I know to be true because I saw her pain and sorrow in her eyes when she left me. She never wanted to leave me is what she said and God confirmed that on a much deeper level. However, all I know is I talk to God more rather it be making sure his followers and everyone else is protected and should be happy with their lives. It's only recently that God and I talked about my ex on a much deeper level then I tell anyone else, and that's why HE told me to have faith and trust in HIM and that he would bring my ex back to me. It's up to me rather or not I take her back or not, do I believe that people deserve a second chance then yes. They have to truly want that second chance and to truly want that relationship to work. Will I give my ex a second chance when God brings her back into my life, and she truly is sorry and wants to love me and act like the partner that I deserve. Then yes, I'll give her a second chance however, she truly has to want to be with me and express her feelings for me. There's alot to what God and I talked about and I will stand by what I told him

Working out, getting in shape, eating healthy, getting plenty of rest, working on my three jobs that I have. I'm not going to stop because God said he would bring my ex back, I'm going to keep improving myself so much that I need to truly understand myself more and that this break up had to happen. This is where God and I agree on when it comes to a breakup, especially when both parties had such a strong bond that was built in just a few months. The breakup had to happen to show both people how and what it will be like when that person is no longer in your life anymore. Especially with a strong bond that my ex and I had it will only become stronger when we meet again because we wont be careless. When people have such a strong bond like that it's almost impossible to break completely and it cant be replaced by someone else.

5 months ago when I was at the bottom of my circle (my father passed away that time) my girl for 15 years left me all of a sudden and got connected with somebody who had never thought good about me. My girl started manipulating me and lying to me , to be with that man.
I was doomed and gone.. tired to pursue her back but she just gave a blind eye as if she had been hypnotized.
Then I joined meditation and gym and went NO CONTACT just as the coach said. 3 weeks down the line she started contacting me in different ways.
But now the story has changed. I'm NOT INTERESTED in her at all (mind you, she was my life until she dumped me).
Now she wants to connect desperately but my priorities and life has changed.
I'm still in no contact with her and plan to be like that for the rest of my life 😎.
Thankful to her and the man I now have a different life and excellent purpose.
P.S. - It is not easy to transform but it is worth it. So DO IT.

A lot of people only see the result of no contact being getting their ex back because they're hurting and want them back. Understandable. But what it's really for is for you to out grow them and get back in control. Your ex coming back will only happen if you actually became better and hold yourself to a higher standard. It's not some type of equation. If you think that, then you're manipulative without even realizing it. That's when it becomes a game. It may work at the start, but it'll just end again because you didn't actually change and you'll make the same mistakes. You have to come to terms with the fact that a relationship is built from 2 people, which means if 1 of those people doesn't want to be with the other, then that's the way it will be. You can't just tell them you love them so they are in a relationship with you, that's insanity.
Wonder why it feels better when you just be yourself and do things you enjoy doing? Because it's easy. It should be easy to be yourself. You'll find that as the days and weeks go on in no contact, if you do it right, you'll start to outgrow your ex and stop thinking about them romantically. The pain will start to go away, because you know you're worthy of someone who doesn't take you for granted. Once you truly start to move on, they'll come back or at least get curious so long as you weren't needy. It's also super easy to be needy, again why? Because you're losing a very meaningful investment. Love is such a powerful emotion, it really is one hell of a drug. So when you lose it, you're gonna panic because your fix is gone. But if you're able to control your emotions and suffer through all that pain of loss, you'll be much better off. Once you stop making your life all about that one person and start showing up for YOU, you won't have a problem finding someone else or even getting them back.
PLEASE, don't view no contact as a game or equation to get your ex back. You'll only damage yourself. You have to move on. You lost them, come to terms with it, and then flip the sentence: They lost YOU. Because now you're better than ever and on the right path to becoming the best version of you and getting closer to finding that one person for you. Bottom line is, if she/he continues to take you for granted and moves on, they aren't the one for you. They may even come back after a year or so if they saw you move on. My ex did, and I told her to get to stepping. I got with this amazing girl, or so I thought, and wanted to marry her. Her true colors became clear, but I was needy when we broke up and made every bad mistake with no contact in the book. It ended up making me depressed severly for 7 months. Then I recently got with a new girl, ended up being a rebound. It's a little more complicated than that, or at least I think and time will tell, but even if we connect again, during this no contact period I set for myself, I'm gonna detach from her because I will find someone else and continue being my best self. That's the thing about rebounds... They chose you because you're relationship material that's super safe for them so that they don't get hurt and so that you can patch them up. Even if they say they're over their ex and they move on fast, they're lying to themselves. You gotta show up for you. In that situation, you were the better one who is ready. You are everything they want, but they broke up with you because they're broken and need time to fix their own problems. Just leave the door open at that point but don't be afraid to move on. You'll make it through. Trust me. Hold strong. Honestly, something that helps is to stop watching videos about it. Stop talking about your ex and the break up. Just go about your life like it didn't happen even if you have to pretend and still cry about it. Just stop talking about it. Stop keeping it in your mind. Focus on your career or your hobbies. Because if you're constantly thinking about them and talking about them, you're shooting yourself in the foot and won't move on as fast. Hope this comment helps someone. @@mrkeitt Love comes when we least expect it. If you try to search for it when you aren’t ready, you’ll end up attracting someone who also isn’t ready, keeping you stuck. Their story will be almost the same as yours and trust me, that’s not a good thing. Just snap yourself back to reality. Looks don’t last and we all die anyways. Take your time, you can’t rush love. Lower your expectations because otherwise you’ll just get disappointed.

@@princesyx something you can learn from this is not to wait around. Obviously it varies from situation to situation. Get yourself right, and start dating again. If it were meant to be she wouldn’t have moved on. That means you need to move on. In the future, keep what you do even when you get a new girlfriend, on the down low. Be mysterious. Do this to avoid boring conversations. No contact is for you, not them. Keep it to yourself. If they ask you what you’re doing, say “guess.” Who knows, after a year or two if you guys both become single you may even come back together. If she was scared to hurt your feelings then she still has feelings for you. But don’t use that as hope. Just move on. If it were meant to be, it’ll happen later. Just don’t pursue or push it. It’ll happen naturally.

Thank you for all your videos, you explain the psychology of attraction really well. I find the way you speak very calming and so easy to listen to and take in. Some coaches say similar stuff, but almost shout into the screen or talk so fast that it’s not as relaxing and therapeutic to follow and digest. I listened to you talking about how you had a stutter when younger and how you overcame it and learned to manage talking slower. I find when people talk more slowly, we are more likely to actually actively listen to them too.
I dated a man who had a stutter and know how difficult it can be and impact on his life.

Working away saving money for a trip around Australia for us and building the house for us to have a better future. She wasn't getting her needs met and simply walked away. I want a person that will fight for the relationship and communicate because I've been told nothing in regards to things we're bad

This was so helpful for me. I found it very difficult to even start NC and when I did I was only doing it in hopes it would bring him back but then he actually would come back everytime I would start and he had nothing to even really say so now I view it as an opportunity for me to focus on myself and also aide in healing from the breakup. In the end the games just prolong the healing process.

i say do what you think is best for you and just be authentic to yourself. if they don’t come back then it wasn’t for you if they come back decide if you want to work it out or not. Have faith and know you don’t have to move in fear. God has your back and you can always leave because you will be fine with or without them.

I’m the one who broke up and I wasn’t my authentic self. I’ve been suffering from back issues, pain medication, sleep deprivation. I regret it and I was a little needy and insecure. I’m fixing my issues (having back surgery tomorrow). My behavior wasn’t typical and I think he can recognize it, we were together for a year and four months. I’m so hopeful he can forgive me and come back to me. We really had a good thing for 95% of the time.

The way you explain everything in your videos, I can clearly see how many mistakes I made towards myself and I would have looked so unattractive, I think I won’t date myself. I became so needy and insecure n completely forgot the standards that I had in start of relationship. The thing about being ignored by your partner is so subtle in start that u don’t even notice when your self respect and self control graph starts having negative slope n by the time u notice that it’s brkup coz either of u reached your limit, so the crux of avoiding all this is having self love and prioritising yourself what ever the situation is, it’s easier said than done, self love is so difficult. We need to build the qualities we like in someone in us coz actually that’s what we desire as we ourselves don’t have them.
It’s def not a game. 9. Months post break up two months+ now no contact and she reached out. Asked me to meet Saturday. I’m well aware she don’t want to work it out. So I’m not going. End of story I have worked so hard getting over her getting over what we had in the last 9 weeks. I will always love her I will always think about her daily BUT I have gotten to a point I’m not upset laying in the dark staring at the ceiling. I have worked out I have been on dates I’m good financially and to be honest I am happy again. I wish I had gone no contact at day one things might have been different. Thing is had I gone no contact right away we might have worked it out. I waited too long and now too much has happened and we both found our old selves again. So yes it’s def not a game do not treat no contact as a way to manipulate. Treat it as a way to re-find the person you were before the relationship. I think sometimes we text and call them because we caught them previously doing something shady.
I am a secure who got turned into anxious by my fearful avoidant ex. 1 month of no contact but she blocked me on everything so I don’t know how I am ever supposed to reach out. We are supposedly on a break and not totally broken up but who knows. I’m confused.

After 30 days of no contact i dont want her back. She let me suffer all alone and everyday i trained so hard at the gym and trying to be the best man i ever can be. I just walked away from my ex on Monday.
We've been together for 9 months but during that time she kept hurting me over and over again.

We were together for a year and half. She started dating her current boyfriend five months after we broke up.
I'd find it hard, but hey, so many variables... one never truly knows. And truthfully, I do believe, as they say, human beings don't really know what they want... and you could bet there's still a feeling for you... (not necessarily a romantic one for sure; but a feeling's a feeling, and not only that, you had a connection... something exclusive to romantic partners, and something that both of you could rethink into rebuilding); but hey, nonetheless, I'd say, as I've heard, having lost a connection with someone doesn't mean there isn't anything left... I do believe we keep something of the interactions we had, and in a romantic sense, I do believe the connection is still there... (weakening by the second... I'd doubt it... I'd say there is always potential... but remember we use logic to justify anything so she could be or did, rethink what happened between you and "closed that chapter"... but I'd argue it never really closes). But do take into consideration that after the breakup 5m passed... and maybe she wasn't totally over you but in this new relationship we'll you've got to remember that most relationships last, from what I've heard, about a year and a half to two years... and that's because the loving phase fades... and it becomes real "work" in a sense... so I'd say it's essential, as everyone would say, to lay a good foundation from the beginning...
Anyways... if you'd like her back... work on yourself (as coach and everyone says). You're gonna have to compete for her... maybe she isn't truly happy in the relationship she's in... maybe both aren't... or maybe she or both are... at the end of the day, as The Rock would say, "It doesn't matter!". My girlfriend, which I had a relationship with for four years. broke up with me on the 20th of february. I said it kinda felt like it came out of the blue and asked if she wanted to work on the relationship. However she was doubting if she could get her feelings back.
So we have a convo about the things that went well and did not went well in our relationship. I did my absolute best to better myself. However she didnt change at all. Now 3 days ago she broke up with me again because she says she still didnt love me again. She did not gave a particular reason, but said it became gradually the few months. Now I am giving her the no contact and I have the feeling she already is trying to "fbi" all my movements. She said she still cares a lot about me, but just didnt love me like she used to.
