Good morning sir, please that can be true in one way and in another way its not true, please if you have been dealing with lands, you will understand that there are two categories (1) the normal demarcations of lands as we all know is 70×100. And a half of 70×100 in a normal calculation is 35×50 so measuring what we have here and the one you see there should give you a clear idea of what a half plot should look like.
(2) There is what we also call estate plots and the way they measure plots of lands which is a little smaller than the normal 70/100 as a full plot of land. Estate lands are different. Thank you so much sir.
