Ingredients:
Pork - 1.5 kg
Salt - 1 kg
Chaman (fenugreek) - 1.5 tbsp.
Paprika - 1 tbsp.
Red pepper - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 2 tsp
Beetroot juice - 4 tbsp.
3 cloves of garlic

Да, но многие пишут, что бастурма - готовится из говядины. Но ведь и из свинины можно. Почему нет)

Вообще то бастурма делается с красным вином, а не со свекольным соком.
