My recommendation with this boot is also for players who like those classic boots but want a modern/more aggressive version. Couple of guys on my men’s 30+ outdoor team wore Copa mundials their whole life & on my recommendation switched to these & say they’re perfect

They are REALLY COMFY, I just don't trust the QC with these recent adidas products. In regards to sole separation/tear, even if I only use cleats at most 3 times a week. The studs scare me off too for AG. Maybe I'll try them out, idk 😅
I guess i'm one of those. Been looking exactly for something like this; thick padded leather with aggressive soleplate and lockdown, kinda like a modern copa mundial. So far i've been using the recent Tiempos despite them not being leather. Even gave up on morelias. Might give Icon FGs a try to see if they could replace my Tiempos.
Icon FG also retails for 190€ here but currently is discounted to 125€. Could it replace the Tiempo 10 elites i wonder.

You think they would stretch and become more comfortable? Got them true to size but damn they are tight from sides; on metatarsal area and upper. Just like the Predator elite FG. Length fits perfect so i don't want to size up and get an excessive room in the toebox.

These look really nice, and worth the extra money over the Gloro. When I tried the Copa Gloro on in store, the heel immediately felt terrible. So bad I didn't even bother tying the laces.
Yeah, the gloro are super shallow.

Noah, do you use a shoe stretcher on every boot before you wear them for the first time? Or is it really ‘straight out of the box’? Often I use stretchers first. What do you do? Thanks
I don't mate, no! I only use the stretcher on boots I've worn once or twice and am struggling to break in!
Great review as always. I had these in the black, looked incredible but to be truthful I really didn’t enjoy the experience. Just felt like I was playing with bricks on my feet, / difficult to get feel on the ball / strike due to the padding. Maybe I should have given them more of a chance, but really enjoying the morelia neo IV at the moment, especially striking with instep, so clean - even in the Pro model 👍

Hey Noah, love your videos. Just wondering if I could have some advice about boots. About 6 months I bought morelia 2s mij and I love them, so i am considering getting a second pair of boots and am thinking maybe morelia 2 cross stitch, or maybe neo 4s (non beta). I have quite a wide and flat foot so i'm unsure what a good second pair of leather boots would be.

@@NoahCavanaugh grabbed em for 125 bucks, let's see. Hope they fit somewhat more roomy than Predator Elite fgs, which was too constricting on upper foot and toes despite me having not so wide feet.

FML on the ankle thing. There are so many shoes that I cant wear because the ankle collar either stops right under my ankle bone and digs into it when I step, or is even higher and runs across my ankle bone and makes any movement uncomfortable.
Dang! Sounds like you have the same issue! 😅 A knit boot always fixes the issue for me
