    Would love a video on how you work 5 hours a day! That’s my intention as a solopreneur using social media for marketing, plus consulting and creating other things for work. I am ok with slow and steady, and batching. :)

    A little tip if you plan to work from home after your leave, is that start looking planting seeds for childcare now. I lucked out by joining a Facebook group and found a in-home babysitter after interviewing a few people, but the process took longer than I expected. Also when I was seeking a daycare, all of them have a waitlist, and I wasn’t expecting that either (my daughter joined around 17 months and I started looking when she was around 9 months).
    A few mom business owners I know really value spending a little extra for an in-home babysitter, especially if you only need that coverage for five hours a day.

    Love this morning routine for this season of your life ☺️ I’m so excited for you! I have 2 babies now and love my new normal but it’s so comforting to see you enjoying time by taking care of you and the baby.
    Is there a video where you give a tour of your living room? I have a similar setup and love the orange lights underneath. Can you share where you got those? 🙏🏽

    It's so interesting to hear how different bodies handle pregnancy - and different pregnancies! I'm near the very end of mine (39 weeks!), and have very sensitive digestion (gluten + dairy, and particularly sensitive to all gluten). I felt amazing for months before pregnancy but had terrible lower GI pain daily for the first 20 weeks sticking to my normal eating routine. And then have had very finicky digestion depending on the day these last 19 weeks.

    Was thinking about you the other day whilst reading Fibre Fuelled by Will Bulsiewicz. He mentions how important it is not to avoid gluten (unless celiac) and that you can build up a tolerance to it bit by bit if you struggle with it. Seems like a really good sign you are tolerating it whilst pregnant🙌. Love your videos ❤

    If you want an electrolyte powder without stevia etc I recommend the Liquid IV brand! Their standard line uses cane sugar (though they do have a "sugar free" stevia version too) and I think the taste is much better than many others!

    I absolutely love that channel for pregnancy workouts! Also, all of my digestive issues (IBS, dairy and gluten intolerance) were so much better with my first pregnancy. The hormones were just fantastic and I found that it continued afterwards too. It was almost like a hormonal reset for the gut. Currently 22 weeks into my second pregnancy and it has been the opposite but no where near what it used to be 10 years ago. Hope that is true for you too!

      We keep our house around 68-70 at night so I prefer all season over lightweight !

    Is there a matcha brand safe for pregnancy, or do you limit caffeine intake?! 😮 just curious, I thought green tea was a no-no! 🍵 Good to know!

      it’s a hot topic and everyone has different thoughts on the matter! I personally feel comfortable drinking one cup a day. The recommended amount is below 200mg of caffeine a day - I consume well under that. Some people I know do more, so you gotta do your own research, ask your doc, and ultimately follow your gut!

    This is random but do you have certain shoes you only wear for the treadmill? I'm still trying to find my groove with using the treadmill when I do admin for my business and I kinda don't love the shoes I've been wearing.

      Ahh yes! I have shoes that I only wear indoors for treadmill or working out indoors. Mine are unfortunately not sold in the US… I buy them when i visit korea :/ but Nikes and new balance are my other faves!
