Oh this was a lovely surprise to receive in my notifications this evening! It is SO good to see you again Matthew. Your calming presence has been much missed. I’m so happy to see you content and thriving. You really don’t know just how helpful your videos have been over these past several years of my life - in fact, it was because of your videos that I finally faced my own baggage and started weekly counselling. Going on some 4 years now…(well, I did say it was baggage, and there’s a whole lot of it to sort thru!) But I’m doing the work and inadvertently, you helped me finally make that first step, so thank you.
I’m sure I’m not the only member of our community who would like to commend you for spreading a little of your measured wisdom and advice for free outside of your own practice. So few make themselves so accessible (not that they are obliged to by any means of course), but it’s surprising how much good can bloom by just giving back a little into our community and watering each others flowers once in a while.

Nice to see you again. Passions' a weird one IMO, when passion meets dysfunction/the monkey mind, well that's why we have therapists lol. When passion meets conviction however, people better step out the way because that's quite the unstoppable force.
